Jeff is the senior partner in the firm's Litigation group. He has focused his practice in civil litigation for over 30 years, and has acquired extensive experience representing municipalities, individuals and corporations in a broad range of legal matters at various Court levels and before a number of tribunals.

Jeff’s experience includes representing clients before the Ontario Court of Justice (in such matters as zoning and property standards by-law prosecutions), the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (in such matters as fire loss claims, property standards applications, real estate claims, long-term disability claims, employment matters, personal injury claims, and professional malpractice claims), and before the Divisional Court (in such matters as Charter and human rights proceedings and insurance matters). Jeff has also appeared for clients before such tribunals as the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) (formerly the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal, and prior to that the Ontario Municipal Board) and the Ontario Labour Relations Board (ON LRB).

Jeff is the Founder of Dockets, a configurable, cloud-based software solution which enables lawyers, court staff, and judges, among others, to efficiently file and track all court documents electronically. With a focus around seamless communication, video conferencing, and court reporting, the solution is designed around customizable scheduling and calendaring systems which automatically create daily court lists (dockets) and allow for tracking of all cases from beginning to end. Built to meet the needs of various levels of courts in Canada, the system delivers a user-friendly end-to-end electronic court records and case management solution.
