Emmet leads the firm’s business law team, bringing years of experience exclusively in business law to the benefit of his individual, business, not-for-profit and public institutional clients.
Emmet assists his clients in all areas of business law, including helping with day-to-day commercial issues and finalizing all types of transactions, ranging from establishing family owned corporations or partnerships to the purchase and sale of multi-million dollar businesses.
Emmet also does extensive work in the field of business reorganizations working in tandem with his clients’ accountants to help process business succession from one generation to the next. Emmet is also a registered trademark agent, such that he can file trademark registration applications on behalf of his clients.
