projects, as well as the purchase, sale and
financing of commercial and income-generating
properties
- Obtaining
all approvals related to land development and
regularly appearing before municipal councils and
committees on behalf of clients
- The
formation of partnerships, joint ventures and
co-tenancies for the purposes of development
projects
- Advising
institutions and business clients with respect to
expropriations, land development agreements,
construction law, leases and other commercial and
real estate matters
- Assisting
both landlords and tenants with their commercial
leasing requirements

- Specialized
in Real Estate and Land Development since his call to the Bar
- Practiced
law in Toronto with Goodman and Carr from 1989 to 1993
