Phil Aldrich - Partner
Phil is a partner of the firm working in the Residential Real Estate practice area. He has a practice focus on purchases, sales and mortgage financing for single-family residences, recreational properties, condominiums and multi-unit dwellings.

- Residential tenancy issues, severance work, minor variances, residential re-zoning and other general real estate and development matters.
- Corporate/commercial law with experience in the purchase and sale of businesses, corporate financings and other general commercial and corporate work.

- Admitted to the Bar of Ontario in 2000
- Articled with LLF Lawyers from 1998 to 1999
- Bachelor of Laws, Queen's University Law School in 1998
- Bachelor of Commerce (Honours), Queen's University in 1995
