Jeff Lanctot - Partner
Jeff is a partner in the firm's litigation practice group. Jeff focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury claims, motor vehicle accident claims, insurance claims and slip and fall accident claims.

Jeff has acquired significant expertise in representing a broad range of individuals and businesses at trial and at various levels of Court, including representing clients as counsel before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Jeff has used various Alternate Dispute Resolution processes, including mediation and arbitration, to assist his clients and has appeared before various tribunals and committees in pursuing his client's interests.
Education
Jeff completed the following education before being called to the Bar of Ontario in 1992:
- A summer student and articling term at the law firm of Weir & Foulds (now Weir Foulds LLP) in Toronto in 1989 and 1990
- A Bachelor of Laws, University of Toronto in 1990
- A Master of Arts in Economics, University of Western Ontario in 1987
- A Bachelor of Science (Honours), Trent University in 1986

Jeff is a member of the following trial lawyer associations:

- Member of the American Association for Justice (formerly the American Trial Lawyers Association)
Community Involvement
Jeff has served as director with several community groups and non-for-profit organizations in Peterborough. Jeff is currently serving as a member of the board of directors of the Four Counties Brain Injury Association.
